Cork flooring is harvested from the bark of cork oak trees without harming the tree — the bark regenerates every 9 years, making it one of the most renewable building materials on earth. Cork is naturally antimicrobial, hypoallergenic, and provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. It’s warm and cushioned underfoot, making it ideal for kitchens, playrooms, and home offices. Our cork collection includes tiles and planks in dozens of colours and patterns.
Marmoleum is made from natural raw materials — linseed oil, wood flour, rosin, jute, and limestone. It contains zero PVC and zero plasticizers, and is fully biodegradable at the end of its 25-40 year lifespan. Marmoleum is naturally antibacterial and available in over 300 colours and patterns. The click-lock version installs easily over most subfloors. Tony’s Flooring Centre is one of the few Toronto showrooms that carries a full marmoleum selection.
Our solid hardwood and engineered hardwood options include FSC-certified and sustainably harvested species. Hardwood floors last 50-100 years and can be refinished multiple times, making them one of the most resource-efficient flooring choices over their full lifecycle.
